HELP KEEP OUR KIDS SAFE ON PROM NIGHT
Last two Thursday night workshops – please help, even for one hour!
The progress made so far is awesome but there is still plenty of work to do.
WHEN: Thursday, April 21st, and Thursday, April 28th, 6:30pm - 9:00pm
WHERE: Wrestling Room (behind the main gym), A.I. du Pont HS
Supplies are provided, but your favorite paint brush and scissors are helpful.
Volunteers are also needed to solicit contributions from local businesses (gift cards, etc.) to be used at the After Prom for raffles/door prizes. We have a donation letter available to use…just let us know if you can help and we’ll send you the letter.
Also, PARENTS! We need to know if you can help out the week of the Prom to get the AfterProm set up or help at the AfterProm itself! Please contact Jan Mack as soon as possible if you can make it! It's going to take a lot of work the week of May 2nd to ensure we are ready for that Friday night! Even a few hours will help make a difference!
Students -- Looking for volunteer hours? Help will be needed to clean up the lobby & gym from the AfterProm on Saturday, May 7th.
Also, any students who have volunteer hours to turn in for the PTSA Student Awards should send that information by April 22nd to Vicky Lawson at vlawson@psre.com.
